Introducing the Net Win-back Score (NWS)

Over the last few weeks, customer win-backs has been one of our favorite topics.
In our research and discussions with customers we've learned that there's a lack of recent, relevant, and actionable information available on the topic.
So, we built a FREE tool to make it easy to get started. 🥃
Introducing the Net Win-Back Score
You've likely heard of the Net Promoter Score (NPS). If you're unfamiliar, it's essentially the gold standard for measuring customer satisfaction and loyalty, by asking customers how likely they are to recommend a product to their friends.
We decided to extend the NPS concept to discovering which customers are likely to return in the future. We're calling it Net Win-back Score (NWS).
NWS is the first step to bringing back former customers
One of the biggest problems in win-back campaigns is that the context that you have for each customer is old. NWS helps you generate relevant context that can help better understand what it will take to win back former customers.
While the NWS tool is completely free, you will have the option to connect NWS to Bellwethr's Retention Engine and Win-back Engine. The brand new Win-Back Engine enables users to create smart sequences of automated actions tailored to each customer, based on what is likely to get them to return and lead to successful win-backs.
