Explain Like I'm 5

In the spirit of Michael Scott and Reddit we felt like it would be useful to explain some of the machine learning jargon that is constantly thrown around, in a simple manner.

While we won't really explain it like you would with a 5-year-old, we will explain some of the terminology in a way that a non-technical person could find meaningful.
